ELIGIBILITY
1. The nominee (mechanic) must be currently employed in the auto-care industry with at least 2 years working experience
2. The nominee (mechanic) must be available for 12 weeks
3. The nominee (mechanic) should have no previous participation in the Oleum mechanic training
4. The mechanic should not be more than 45 years of age and must have Basic English skills
